I noticed that poor little chip hasn't been her self today. When I went to see what was up it looked like she's got bubble foot on her one foot. I'm not sure about the other as she really did not want to be heald.

I'd like to take her to a vet, but I'm not sure what Vet here in Fredericton is good.

I'm just hoping there is nothing eles wrong with her. I'll let you girls now how things go once I get her to a vet. :(

bumblefoot usually doesn't cause any pain or illness, so if she's not feeling well, then there's probably another reason.

How bad is the bumblefoot? a tiny red pressure sore, or a big thing?

found out that poor Chip didn't have bubble foot, but some how got something stuck in her foot. Found this out thought my hubby as I was away on faimly business. Thankfuly to say I came home to a healthy and some what not to happy Chip, but at lest her foot is all healed. Thought I think hubby not to happy with me as he had to put stuff on her foot plus give her some meds.

Good to hear that she's doing better.

But if it was bumblefoot, a vet can definitely help you. Some bumbles are just too deep to be treated at home.

What could the vet do? :)

The vet will have some good and maybe some more recent information on how to treat bumblefoot. They can prescribe ointments and medications as well as provide other alternative treatments unknown to us.
