I have a newer boy I have had him for about a month so he is about 3 months old he is still rather skittish since I have to "fight" past my more social boys to get to him I was thinking a bonding pouch was something I could spend one on one time with him but was wondering if anyone has done anything like that before or thinks it might be a good idea? any suggestions?

What most of us have done which is pretty much like a bonding pouch, we put on a t-shirt, with a sweatshirt over top and place the rat in between. The rat feels safe and cozy in the dark shirt all the while, taking in our body odour, our voice, our energy. While he's in there, you can offer him yummy treats to make his time in the shirt that much more awesome.
