Bobbys lump

Hey all!

Bobby has a lump behind his ear. It's a perfect round hard ball that I can move around freely. Any clue on what it could be?

It is possibly an abscess or a tumor.
How fast did it appear?
Warm compresses on it might help bring it to a head if it is an abscess.

I would treat it like an abscess for now.
