Driving out to the boonies tonight to pick up Blu-Kote for Obie's bumble. The lady on the phone told me it no longer comes as a spray, but is now a lotion stuff with a dauber thing on the end of the bottle. Anyone ever used it, and does it have the same effect as the spray?

They also carry Granulex and Alushield. Never heard of them, but I wonder if they have the same effect.

You sooo didn't want the spray. I use the daub on kind when I run into the rare case of bumblefoot. I actually prefer to dip in a Q-tip and daub the foot that way :) Its messy as heck this stuff, so having as much control over it is best and a spray while great for livestock outside in a barn works well, it isn't so good for a little ratty on your lap inside your home.

Lol, yeah, now that I think of it, spray would be pretty difficult and super messy. How long does it take to dry, and how after should it be applied?

its got an alcohol base (drying) so its not a long time, but use a very old towel on your lap and don't let them struggle free and run. :laugh4:
