Bloody ear..

Gah!
So earlier today I took all three rats out for play time and they were all fine then, but I now have Bijoux out with me while I'm on the computer and I picked her up and noticed that there was dried blood smeared on her ear and it look like there is a tinyyy chunk missing at the edge. I checked the other two girls and they are both fine, no blood on them and no blood in the cage. It looks like just a very minor thing.
I really hope no real scraps happen because I don't have the money right now for vet bills, with Christmas and all!

Perhaps they were playing a little too rough. Keep an eye in it.

Probably, they haven't had any problems so far.
I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it! Don't want any infections!

So Bijoux's ear this morning looked like it was quite a bit more red than her other ear. Since this just happened yesterday could it already be getting infected? I really hope not! :|

Might be inflamed from the injury. Keep an eye on it. Does she appear to be in pain?

I think it might just be irritated. I sprayed some polysporin on it so hopefully that helps.
She doesn't SEEM to be in pain. I can touch her ear and she doesn't squeak or try to get away or anything.
