Bleeding from Penis

One of the babies i just adopted yesterday has blood coming from his penis. It is not gushing, but there is red there. If you wipe it more blood does appear later.

Any thoughts?

Are you sure that it is blood and not porphyrin? Try to take a look at it and see if it looks unusual.
I have had porphyrin issues with rats who are not well and the course of antibiotics that they were put on cleared everything up.

Rats can get genital myco. But I think I'd bring him to the vet just to be sure.

It has actually stopped...it was weird. Definitely blood, not porphyrin. I will keep an eye on him and head to the vet if it starts again.
