So one of the new boys we adopted from MRR is a bit of a biter. He doesn't like hands in his face especially when in a hammock or igloo. He doesn't usually bite hard, but still. I've been feeding him treats in hammocks and stuff so maybe he associates hands = good. If he does bite me, I usually pin him briefly (he's a total pushover too). He's fine to be picked up and everything else.

Should I just continue this or maybe try something else?

Good to hear that he allows being pinned, this means he just needs to be more hand socialized. I would carry him in your hands a lot. Every time you can think about it, take him out and carry him in your hands. Also add some yogurt on your finger tips and let him lick.
