bite to the eyelid

how odd. I just got on here to address my problem and Nekopan is having eye issues too. Goodness, I hope it's not a trend.

my little girl must have gotten into a scuffle with Charmin. Her lower eyelid is a bit torn. Her eye looks just fine but when she closes her eye, obviously they won't completely close. It's not bleeding anymore and she's acting normal.

My question is should I get some type of antibiotic so that it heals up okay. It's not a big cut, but there still could be an infection risk? Are there any natural things I can give her for it?

You could try dabbing it with warm water and saline just to make sure it stays clean.
And watch for any swelling or redness or any other signs of infection.

If it seems to be bothering her you could give her some pain meds. Feel free to PM me if you need help working out a dosage.

thanks everyone I got the saline. She doesn't seem bothered by it, but I'll be keeping an close eye on it
