He is raughly about two-three months old

No, but I would suggest soy infant formula with baby cereal mixed into it.

Any pictures?
What type of lab block? Are they available at all times?
What is his living situation?

Im going to try and get some with my cam
Hes on oxbow and they are avaible at all times
He is currently liveing with my other boys my oldest makes sure that he eats if he isnt eating he tends to bring it to him
I'm wondering if i should try takeing him out for him to eat?

You take him out for special foods. At this point, if he's way too skinny, I'd offer him things like mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, chicken, tuna.
Do you have a scale so you can weigh him? If you have pictures, it would help too. Some rats seem very skinny when in fact they are very healthy.
