I read the info on high whites and megacolon and still don't really understand which markings are high white and which are not,
it seems you have to know what the parents looked like?

anyway saw this CL ad
http://nh.craigslist.org/pet/3126168784.html

and to me it looks like many of these babies might be high whites

the poster claims they have "strong genes"

I wanted to reply and warn them that they might have very poor genes, but don't want to do so if I'm wrong and just make a fool of myself, ya know?

Yes, they have high white markings.
You may want to write and warn them about early and late onset megacolon.
These babies should never be bred and neither should their parents.
(These markings in North America are usually associated with genes causing megacolon,
where these markings in Europe would usually come from a different source.)

ok, which link has the clearest easiest to understand information on megacolon?

I'd try to explain it myself but I'm afraid I'd only confuse them more LOL
I tend to be able to understand things much better than I am able to explain what it is that I understand

if you know what I mean

I can still access the first ad
it says:
Beautiful babies. Eight left. One female (the first picture) and seven males. Hand raised since day one with strong genes. The female is extremely smart! They are all loveable. These babies are for PETS NOT FOOD!!! Please serious inquires only.

I saved the photos to compare them, will do that later, gotta get going now
