Any ideas for training a deaf rat?

I just got a training clicker to start seeing if any of my rats can be trained to do anything interesting. Unfortunately, my most clever rat Moose is almost definitely deaf (I've snuck up behind her while she was sleeping with a power drill, and she's the only one that is indifferent to the vacuum, or the sound of soda cans opening), so I imagine training her would present a challenge.

Any ideas on any other cues I may be able to use with positive reinforcement?

Just to be clear, I'm not gonna go all tiger mom on them and expect them to be rockstars, especially not Moose. She's extremely stubborn and a little crazy. She refuses to sit still while shoulder riding and is not afraid to leap without looking, off of couches and tables, into giant fish tanks... I suspect deafness would not be her most significant barrier to training.

Rats learn fast, good for you for going the extra mile. It's so good for any pets to learn tricks and have that mental stimulation.
Rat's eyesight are really bad so hand signals are out. but their sense of smell is very good. Maybe you could have a different treat for each different trick? Or you could do a finger lift, then treat, they can see movement pretty good.

Yeah, I was also thinking maybe flashing lights, but I'd be pretty limited by the number of patterns. Same with tapping on the table, which she is completely indifferent to.

Thanks for the response!
