After Neuter, lump by wee wee

On day 6 of Teddy's neuter recovery I noticed a lump near his wee wee, on the left side.
Any idea's what this could be?
It don't seem to hurt him, its not squishy.
My vet is on holidays for another 2 weeks, so I brought him to another person down at the vets office, and he said he was fine and to give him metacam ? ...
I have an appoitnment made for when my regular vet gets back.

It's most likely an abscess, it might clear up all by itself. I don't think he needs metacam though.

 

That's what I was thinking, I have an appoitnment made just incase and it's free of charge where it's neuter related & I deffitnly agree that metacam is not needed haha, that vet don't really know much...
