4 Spays tomorrow-all 7 are done! PICA hits!

Our little corn cob stealing divas will finally be spayed tomorrow. They came with eagle in june and I am finally getting them done.

Olivia, Allanah, Jett and Dayne. Only 3 girls left to go then we will be back on intros soon. Phase 2 of the big group.

Send them well wishes tomorrow when you wake up!

I took the girls and dropped them off but I took the 3 younger girls to see if he would prefer them to grow more or if he was comfy doing them at this size. He said they are big enough and said I could leave them with them and he will try to get them done if he has enough time to do them all.

The beige self dumbo, the split capped mostly white one and the blazed black and white girl are the 3 extra rats.

I have possible 7 spays today which is actually the end of my spays/neuters. I will not be neutering the rexzillas after hearing cobbby has a bad heart I will be ordering that smaller playpen with the pan strickly for the rexzillas to have out time in so they dont get stressed and fight.

All the other rats are good so far so unless they get major attitude they wont be neutered which I dont foresee happening.

all 7 girls are spayed! i am so excited! this is by far the most i have put through in one day. The most is 5 at a time. He did all 7 of them. this makes 45 surgeries for us in two years. I think I can have a break now unless some boys get naughty but so far most are doing well..

It is a lot I wasnt expecting all to get done but I am thrilled that I no longer have intact girls in the house.

They are home and sore. I thought this cage was ok for the 4 healing girls but now they are all 7 in there but tomorrow if they are feeling better they will move into the two level Feisty ferret so they will be ok.

They are still groggy he just finished them about an hour before we got there but that will wear off in a few hours. All have had some ensure and some baby food and most are eating lab blocks. One girl Julia is chewing on the blanket. So we may have a long chewing night. I made sure I called them when I left to remind them of our glue only rule LOL They said i can give them metacam tonight but I really want to wait a few hours since they just had surgery a few hours ago.

Poor allanah looks hung over or sick. She was watched lol i was worried she would pass out in the ensure. She went to the bed and went to sleep.
