Gremlin has had little red dots on her heels for quite awhile which I ignored as it seems like all the older ones do as they start walking flat footed. However, they seem to be getting worse so I have been applying Blu-Kote. It seems the one on her right heal is clearing up, but the left seems to be getting worse. Here are some photos.
Her right foot was originally not as bad as her left, this is after several applications of Blue-Kote. I do not have a before picture, sadly.

Here is a photo of her left heel. It is worse than it was, but I could be more and will be more consistent with the treatment.

I think it's bumblefoot considering it's progression, but then again I can only find photos of advanced bumblefoot, and I haven't experience it before. I keep their cage padded most of the time (not the days I use sheets to line the cage, but more often than not I use padded pillow cases or padded blankets for cribs?) and I clean it every two days.

Do you guys agree or is it something else?

I don't think it's bumblefoot yet, it is going that way. I would just provide as much padding as possible on the cage floor and keep an eye on her feet.
